1. Introduction

Jon Cursi LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), operator of TaskAdmin, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with our Service.

This policy applies to the following types of users:

  • Business Customers: Small businesses and organizations that engage Jon Cursi LLC to configure and deploy AI agents, including customer-facing AI agents and Internal AI agents
  • End Users: Visitors and customers who interact with customer-facing AI agents embedded on Business Customer websites
  • Authorized Users: Team members and individuals granted access by a Business Customer to interact with Internal AI agents deployed within their organization

2. Information We Collect from Business Customers

When you engage Jon Cursi LLC as a Business Customer, we may collect:

  • Account Information (if applicable): Email address and authentication credentials used to sign in via our identity provider
  • Agent Configuration: The AI prompts, instructions, branding settings, and tool configurations you create for your agents
  • Usage Analytics: Aggregated statistics about your agents' performance, including conversation counts, message volumes, token usage, response times, and associated costs

3. Information We Collect from End Users

When visitors interact with customer-facing AI agents embedded on Business Customer websites, we collect the following information without requiring account creation or login:

  • Conversation Content: The messages exchanged between the End User and the AI agent, including all text inputs and AI responses
  • Visitor Identifier: An anonymous, randomly-generated identifier stored in the browser's local storage to maintain conversation continuity across page visits
  • IP Address: The End User's IP address at the time of the conversation, used for security, fraud prevention, and geographic analytics
  • Device Information: Browser user agent string and derived device type (desktop, mobile, or tablet) for analytics and optimization purposes
  • Conversation Metadata: Timestamps, turn counts, token usage, response times, and the AI model used for each interaction
  • Interaction Data: Clicks on links, email addresses, and phone numbers displayed in AI responses, used for analytics and service improvement

Important: End User conversations are associated with the Business Customer's agent and are accessible to the Business Customer through their analytics dashboard. End Users should be aware that their conversation content may be reviewed by the Business Customer.

4. Information Collected Through Internal AI Agents

When Business Customers deploy Internal AI agents, the following information may be collected depending on the specific deployment configuration:

  • Conversation Content: Messages exchanged between Authorized Users and the Internal AI agent through team communication platforms
  • Action Logs: Records of actions taken by the Internal AI agent within connected systems, as configured by the Business Customer
  • Integration Data: Data accessed or processed through authorized integrations (such as email content, calendar entries, files, or other business data) as determined by the Business Customer's access configuration
  • Usage Metadata: Timestamps, token usage, model information, and performance metrics

The specific data collected through Internal AI agents varies by deployment, as each implementation is customized to the Business Customer's requirements and chosen integrations. The Business Customer determines what systems and data the Internal AI agent can access, and no access is granted by default.

5. How We Use Information

For Business Customers, we use collected information to:

  • Provide access to the TaskAdmin platform and maintain your account
  • Enable you to view analytics, conversation logs, and make adjustments to your AI agents
  • Display analytics and usage statistics for your agents
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Communicate important updates about the Service

For End User data, we use collected information to:

  • Generate AI responses to End User messages using AI providers
  • Maintain conversation context and history within a session
  • Provide Business Customers with conversation logs and analytics
  • Calculate usage metrics and associated costs for Business Customers
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
  • Improve and optimize the Service

For Internal AI agent data, we use collected information to:

  • Maintain conversation context and history for the Internal AI agent
  • Provide Business Customers with usage analytics, action logs, and performance metrics
  • Monitor and improve agent performance and reliability

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Third-Party AI Providers: When third-party models are used (such as Anthropic or OpenAI), conversation content, including user messages, is transmitted to these providers to generate responses. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements, which are outside Jon Cursi LLC's control.
  • Dedicated Infrastructure Models: For deployments using locally-deployed models on dedicated cloud infrastructure or customer-owned hardware, conversation data is processed within that environment and is not sent to third-party AI providers. Data handling in these cases is governed by the infrastructure provider's terms or the customer's own policies.
  • Business Customers: End User conversation data, including messages, IP addresses, device information, and metadata, is shared with the Business Customer whose agent the End User interacted with.
  • Connected Third-Party Platforms: When Internal AI agents take actions in connected systems (such as communication platforms, productivity tools, or content management systems), data may be transmitted to those platforms in accordance with the Business Customer's integration configuration and those platforms' own privacy policies.
  • Infrastructure Providers: We use cloud hosting services (such as Vercel, AWS, or similar) to operate the Service. These providers may process data as part of providing their services.
  • Authentication Providers: We use third-party identity providers to authenticate Business Customer accounts.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

7. Data Retention

Business Customer Data: Account information and agent configurations are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.

End User Conversation Data: Conversation messages and associated metadata are retained for 60 days to allow Business Customers to review recent interactions. After 60 days, message content is automatically and permanently deleted. Aggregate statistics (such as conversation counts and token usage) may be retained longer for historical analytics.

Internal AI Agent Data: Data retention for Internal AI agent interactions, including conversation logs and action history, varies by deployment. Each implementation is customized based on the Business Customer's requirements, chosen infrastructure, and integration configuration. Retention periods and policies are determined in collaboration with the Business Customer during the deployment process. When third-party AI providers are used for inference, those providers' own data retention policies also apply.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between users and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
  • Secure Storage: Data is stored in secured databases with access controls
  • Access Controls: Business Customers can only access data associated with their own agents; we implement role-based access controls internally
  • Secure Authentication: Business Customer accounts are protected through our third-party identity provider with support for secure authentication methods

9. Cookies and Local Storage

For Business Customers: We use cookies to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences when using the TaskAdmin platform.

For End Users: The embedded chat widget uses browser local storage to store an anonymous visitor identifier. This identifier allows conversation continuity if the End User returns to the same website. No cookies are set by the chat widget. End Users can clear this identifier by clearing their browser's local storage.

10. Your Rights

Business Customers have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • View and manage conversation data from your agents

End Users should be aware that:

  • Your conversations are stored and accessible to the Business Customer whose chat agent you interacted with
  • You can clear your browser's local storage to remove the anonymous visitor identifier
  • Conversation data is automatically deleted after 60 days

Depending on your location (such as under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights including the right to object to processing, request data portability, or lodge complaints with supervisory authorities.

11. Children's Privacy

TaskAdmin is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. International Data Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States or other countries. By using TaskAdmin, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Business Customers of material changes by email or through the platform. The updated policy will be effective upon posting with a new "Last updated" date.
